Hello!
I finally got to it. I cut and edited the video material we had of the launch, recorded some voiceover in Estonian, wrote subtitles, rendered it and published it on YouTube. It is now called “Story of a sailboat”. Should say a modest and beginning attempt at a documentary? In any case, better done than not.
Summer weather is slowly retreating from this part of the world. In good therms this means more wind, but also more rain, colder temperatures and shorter days. There is still about a month left for sailing before the yachtclub crane lifts the yachts out. We were asked to join a regatta on the lake. That would be an interesting experience.
A curious note: we did not antifoul the boat and the results can be seen. Not only is the boat green coloured under water, but there is now moss growing on the hull. I did not expect for life to grow so fast.
