After a small round at the local hardware stores we think we have the necessary components to start our build. We decided to replace hard-to-find copper nails with stainless-steel screws. They are not marine, but the packaging says “rust free”. Lets trust that.
On the picture you can see a total of 30kg West System epoxy mixture, some filler, over a thousand screws, sandpaper, fiberglass tape, clamps and a very important component when it comes to handling epoxy – gloves.
