We got it out! Now working of fitting the boat. Many thanks to the lifting crew.

Help us sail the boat!
Have you considered junk rig. There are plans available from John Welmsford for the junk rig too. One has been built at Batemans Bay, NSW, Australia. A little bit more to set up initially but the sail can be made flat and reefs in a much shorter time and only one sail is necessary
I have taken some photos of junk rigged fafnir in water afloat. Unfortunately I couldn’t get very close. What email address can I send them to?
Hello, Rod!
Well, we have a jib and a mainsail, they are being recut as we write, and that is the classical bermuda rig with the added taste of a ice-yacht mast. That means for the time being, the conventional “spreader” of the mast will not be there, but a single fixture point instead. And the boom will rotate with the mast. Quite the exciting thing. But pictures of a junk rig for comparison would be very cool! Please send them at uku.pyttsepp@hotmail.com
Cheers,
Uku
